Suffering from PCOS and irregular cycles for several years this product has been very effective in regularizing my menstrual cycles already after 2 months! Unfortunately, I do not really like the flavors offered (I have tried mango and orange), as they taste chemical and too sweet. I would prefer a non-sweet version without any flavor.
