I'm a person with a sweet tooth, but I deprive myself of 98 percent of what I would like to have. I tried these wafers to complete an order, and they are very tasty. But I didn't find them to be amazing either. I prefer to buy the HSN protein bars, which, in some post-workout, help me to get rid of my sweet tooth without feeling bad thanks to the protein and low carbohydrate intake : ).
Soy una persona muy golosa pero que me privo del 98 porciento de lo que querría tomar. Probé estos barquillos para completar un pedido, y están muy ricos. Pero tampoco me resultaron algo increíble. Preiero comprarme las barritas protéicas de HSN , que en algún post entreno, me sirve para quitarme el mono de dulce sin sentrime muy mal garcias al aporte de proteína y poco hidrato de carbono : ).
