Useful for vegans

Although sea salt can provide liodine for a vegan, I prefer to supplement for safety's sake, but not every day, just once or 3 times a week like vitamins. An excess of certain minerals or vitamins isn't worth the cost of taking too many risks by supplementing without really needing it.
