I was reluctant to buy them but I wanted a soluble coffee for those working days and with this I prepare a quick and nutritious coffee. It is very tasty. I drink it by filling a glass half with water and half with milk and heating it in the microwave until lukewarm. It dissolves quite well although the cocoa pieces have to be given a little more time to dissolve.
Estaba reacio a comprarlas pero quería un café soluble para esos días de trabajo y con esto me preparo un café rápido y nutritivo. Está muy súper rico. Yo lo tomo llenando un vaso mitad de agua y mitad de leche y a calentar al micro hasta templarlo. Se disuelve bastante bien aunque a los trozos de cacao hay que darles algo más de tiempo para su disolución.

I took a single dose and there was a lot of product, so I drank it in two days (half and half). Even if I put less quantity than it had to be, it was difficult to break up the lumps. So if you like it with lumps, this is your coffee with protein, but if you prefer it without lumps, it might cost you a little more.
