Apart from its nutritional power, it is ideal to combine with other gluten-free flours and give flavor and texture to pancakes, biscuits, breads, pizzas... (gluten intolerance). (gluten intolerance) Complex carbohydrates that help us not to alter glucose levels. Very fine texture. I recommend.

Good taste and quality.

Both my wife and I loved it, we made some porridge with almonds and it was delicious. The taste is exquisite and the quality is great, much better than the ones we used to buy in the supermarket, a 10!
