Although we consider that it is a little short in Calcium and Magnesium (that is why I do not give it 5 stars), its contribution in Selenium, Iron, Zinc, Copper and Molybdenum (more difficult to get with diet) compensates. We consider it a good product in general terms at a very reasonable price.
