The product is as described. I use it in vegetable creams and broths and it melts perfectly. Although it comes in the stated amount, the bag is too big and there is a lot left over, besides taking up a lot of space.

I use it as if they were ordinary spices and it provides a very pleasant cheese-like flavor. It is a perfect substitute for salt because it adds a lot of flavor without the need to add salt. Personally I think it is better to add it once everything is cooked, because when it is dissolved the flavor is less noticeable.
