It is a good quality magnesium with Albion seal at a decent price. What I miss is that it brings more quantity per capsule as 125mg is quite scarce.

The packaging is great, it makes it very easy to take. Before I had used the other Bisglycinate which is not Albion (also a little cheaper) and it was great for constipation and to rest better. I noticed effects practically the next day and with this one I haven't had any effect.

Está genial el envase, hace que sea muy fácil tomarlo. Antes había usado el otro Bisglicinato que no es Albion(además algo más económico) y me venía genial para el estreñimiento y para descansar mejor. Noté efectos prácticamente al día siguiente y con este no he tenido ningún efecto.
