My gynecologist recommended it to me to take while I go through the menopause process, as it contains collagen and hyaluronic acid. I have also noticed that if I stop taking it, my joints suffer, so I strongly recommend it. As they are capsules they do not have any flavor which is perfect.

Me lo recomendó mi ginecóloga para que lo tome mientras siga con el proceso la menopausia, ya que contiene colágeno y acido hialurónico.
