A convenient and accessible form of these two supplements
I find it very cost effective because in other tablet formats it is much more expensive. I hope it keeps well when I don't use it during the summer. The downside is that if you want to travel you have to take the whole bottle with you, but it is still a convenient format. It is the first time I buy it so I also hope that it gives me the same benefit as tablets.
Me parece muy rentable porque en otros formatos de pastillas sale mucho más caro. Espero que se conserve bien cuando no lo consuma en el verano. La pega que le pongo es que si quieres viajar te tienes que llevar el bote entero pero bueno igualmente sigue siendo un formato cómodo. HSN has a capsule presentation but I find the drop presentation perfect. It is convenient and since they are fat-soluble vitamins you don't have to worry about taking them with fat. I find them very convenient.
