It works.

I have been taking it for some time. It is not an immediate result product, it is slow or very slow loading. It works effectively to delay muscle soreness or lactic acid production. The loading and result should be done 3 weeks before for a particular event and from there, you can maintain it over time and do one of the shots (2 dragees) 1 hour before quality workouts.

Llevo tiempo tomándolo. No es un producto de resultado inmediato, es de carga lenta o muy lenta. Funciona de forma efectiva para retrasar el dolor muscular o producción de ácido láctico. La carga y resultado se debe hacer 3 semanas antes para un evento concreto y a partir de ahí, se puede mantener en el tiempo y hacer una de las tomas (2 grageas) 1 hora antes de los entrenamientos de calidad.

Desde el primer día se nota un plus de energía, sea por la propia Beta-Alanina o por la combinación de la misma con carbohidratos -AMILOPECTINA (ALMIDÓN DE PATATA)-. Sí es cierto, que como dicen algunos estudios, durante el entreno se nota una ligera sensación de ardor en algunas partes del cuerpo, pero no es lo suficientemente molesto como para distraerte del mismo, incluso te motiva. Aún así, pasadas un par de horas deja de notarse esta sensación, por lo que en principio no debería de preocuparnos para las actividades post-entreno.

The highest quality beta-alanine. This product is one of my top performance supplements. It's amazing how the story changes with or without it.
