FOOD FOR YOUR WORKOUTS

I use this cream as nutrition in my workouts as a pre-workout and post workout. It is very good and easy to make. With some fruit it is great and easy to digest.

Protein & rice cream

A very versatile rice cream, digestive and perfect for training.

The protein rice cream has surprised me for good. It dissolves quickly, does not make lumps and the texture is very smooth. It is ideal to take before or after training because it feels light and provides energy without heaviness. The flavor is achieved and is not cloying.

Post workout and snack

Delicious and easy to prepare. Very good values. Maple syrup, peanut caramel, vanilla and natilla are very good. Tip: A little salt enhances the sweetness.

Protein & rice cream

Very useful to load carbohydrates with a plus of protein.

I love this product. I usually combine the normal rice cream and the protein cream, depending on the daily training schedule. Specifically this one with protein. I use it on days when I need less carb loading and it helps me make a more balanced intake. The neutral flavor is the one I like the most, sometimes I add cinnamon, I have also tried other flavors although they are sweeter.

Protein & rice cream

Helps me to complete kcal

Good macros for how cheap it is, I take it in less quantity with a little milk when I am lazy to cook or eat little throughout the day.

Rico

I had ordered the regular ones some time ago and decided to try the chocolate with protein. It's grittier, but just as tasty. I recommend it.
