At first I had my doubts—it seemed too good to be true. But it’s all benefits. Some sweeteners, like maltitol and others, usually upset my stomach and cause gas, but since this one is mostly erythritol, it works great for me. And the best part is that it has a 1:1 sweetness ratio compared to sugar, so you can use the same amount in recipes. The taste is exactly the same. It’s really well done.
Al principio tenía mis dudas, era demasiado bonito para ser cierto. Pero es todo beneficios. A mi algunos edulcorantes como el maltitol y otros me suelen sentar mal y provocar gases, pero este al ser mayormente eritritol me sienta genial y lo mejor es que es 1:1 en poder de dulzor con el azúcar así que puedes usar la misma cantidad en recetas. El sabor es igualito. Está muy logrado.
