Ultra B-Complex de EssentialSeries is a dietary supplement in vegan tablets, based on a complex of b‑group vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, and B12) and Myo-inositol.
The B group vitamins form a set of water-soluble vitamins.
Ultra B-Complex is a product 100% suitable for use in vegetarian and vegan diets.

Thiamine (Vitamin B1)
- The thiamine contributes to the normal function of the nervous system.
- The thiamine contributes to the normal functioning of the heart.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)
- The riboflavin contributes to the maintenance of red blood cells in normal conditions.
Niacin (Vitamin B3)
- The niacin helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Ácido pantoténico (Vitamin B5)
- The ácido pantoténico contributes to normal energy metabolism.
Biotina (Vitamin B7)
- The biotina contributes to the maintenance of hair in normal conditions.
Ácido fólico (Vitamin B9)
- An additional intake of ácido fólico increases maternal folate levels. A low amount of maternal folate is a risk factor for neural tube defects in the developing fetus.1
Cobalamina (Vitamin B12)
- The vitamin B12 contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
