    After trying several other brands and being a mango lover, I decided to try this one because the other brands did not have mango in vegan clear protein. As a flavor, it is very successful but you have to take it always with cold water, ice cubes and a minimi of 500ml not the amount of liquid that they recommend because it is very sweet. But if you take it reduced and with a lot of ice, it's great.

    Since I have been taking proteins I have noticed the long term results in muscle mass, in this case the flavors are very sweetened, I use little water to drink them quickly and then I drink more water. This water version is much more bearable than the vegetable drink version, which thickens a lot. The pouch format is not convenient for me.

    For those who like very sweet things with a lot of sugar, MANGO's will do well. I haven't liked it much because it's too sweet, but it's not a problem either because I mix it with natural yoghurt, fruit or ice cream and it goes great.
