    Carbohydrates are very well balanced, I recommend it especially for those who are in the final stretch of their weight gain process. The quality-price ratio is one of the best on the market, with very well-divided formats. I like the presentation in bottles rather than sachets, but it can be sealed without any problem. Overall, a very favorable product for its purpose.

    It worked really well for me, I gained, along with a higher volume of calories in my diet, 8-9 kilos. I took it with vegetable milk and sometimes it was hard to finish it, but if you really want to gain weight I recommend it.
