It is very worthwhile
I have been using this product for several years to train strength because it allows me to shorten the breaks between sets and be more efficient. As for the creatine that HSN sells, I like the good quality and price it has and it is a product that being as cheap as it is, it gives me enough for several months when I buy half a kg, which is worth it for what it's worth. I usually take it mixed with the shake because maybe the taste/texture is not for everyone. It is one of the supplements that after a period of 3-4 weeks taking it is noticeable and enough to better pull the series.
Llevo utilizando este producto varios años para entrenar fuerza ya que me permite poder acortar los descansos entre series y ser mas eficiente. En cuanto a la creatina que vende HSN me gusta la calidad precio tan buena que tiene y aparte es un producto que siendo tan barato como es cunde bastante, a mi me da para varios meses cuando compro medio kg que por lo que vale merece mucho la pena. Lo suelo tomar mezclado con el batido porque solo quizás el sabor/textura no es para todo el mundo. Es de los suplementos que tras un periodo de 3-4 semanas tomándolo se nota y bastante para tirar mejor las series.
