Effective itching
First days taking and you notice an increase in intensity in training, that if as they said the itching is 100% and at first it bothers you a little, then you get used to it.

Excellent
After several weeks of taking Beta-alanine, its effects are noticeable. It dissolves very well in water, and its taste is not noticeable "at least I don't notice it".

Cash
Very good pre-workout, the tingling that you feel before training, is compensated by the performance it gives you, and combined with creatine, caffeine arginine, citrulline ....etc. ...is a very effective pre-workout.

Recommended
Good price and good quality, without intermediaries advertising or marketing making the product more expensive. However, I miss a more practical closure, that's all I need.
