it's not needed as a pre-workout either, but if you want an improvement it's not a bad idea to take it, it does its job.

Citrulline malate powder
Incredible Results
I only take it before working out at the gym, and I really notice the pump and recovery between sets. The taste is very sour, but if you mix it with something sweet, you don't even notice it. I take it along with Evo RDX 2.0.

Citrulline malate powder
It delivers on its promises
It delivers what it promises. It gives you a good pump and good vasodilation. During those last few reps, you feel that extra boost you need to push through those final two reps that fatigue sometimes takes away from you.

Good product
The best pre-workout supplement—pure, with a classic citrus flavor. It dissolves well (compared to other brands).
El mejor pre-workout, puro, sabor típico cítrico. Se disuelve bien (comparando a otras marcas).
