Many opinions but I do not see how bad these pills smell, fatal fatal as if they were expired or some component deteriorated or I do not know, so far I have not died so I throw forward as I spent the money but the smell is atrocious.

I think they are essential whenever you feel that you are missing something, or you are not eating healthy. For a better assessment, nothing better than an analytical test. I think they are not necessary if you are healthy and you exercise and have no deficiencies. The price is great, the quality of this brand, too.

Creo que son esenciales siempre que sientas que te falta algo, o no comes del todo sano. Para una mejor valoración, nada mejor que una prueba analítica.
