Omega very basic
Omega 3 is important to compensate the ratio with the excess of Omega 6 that we take in our diet. However, I believe that this is very scarce in EPA and DHA and the ratio between the two is not very accurate. The good thing is that they assure that it is free of contaminants and not altered with solvents or lipid oxidation.
El Omega 3 es importante para compensar el ratio con el exceso de Omega 6 que tomamos en nuestra alimentación. Sin embargo creo que este es muy escaso en EPA y DHA y el ratio entre ambos no es muy acertado. Lo bueno es que aseguran que está libre de contaminantes y no alterado con solventes ni oxidación lipídica.
