Given my sudden reaction to non-fermented dairy products, I decided to try vegetable proteins. I have to say that I mix this one with pea protein to achieve a protein supplementation. Since it has a neutral flavor, you can add it to whatever you want.

Excellent quality/price ratio compared to other brands. Very good absorption. Significant effect. On the other hand, a downside for me is that it must be mixed with another product or protein because the natural taste is not pleasant to drink alone. With the exception of the taste product can alternate taking pea protein in the evening before bedtime for a slow absorption.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix par rapport aux produits d'autres marques. Très bonne absorption. Effet significatif. En revanche un bémol pour moi doit être mélanger avec un autre produit, ou protéine car le goût nature n'est pas agréable à boire seul. I go around trying different vegan proteins and find all of them quite similar. I don't have a favorite and the value for money is excellent. Perhaps the best option is the vegan protein mix, which I will try later.
