Inulin powder

Good

I use it in recipes, never alone. But it is difficult to find it, especially in the Canary Islands. So good for HSN!

Inulin powder

This is what is offered

It has a slightly sweet taste, not unpleasant. I use it as a prebiotic because it is an easily accessible soluble fiber.

Inulin powder

For snacking

It is intended to prevent cravings between meals. However, it didn't do much for me to reduce the frequency of snacking.

Inulin powder

Excellent

My coffees and infusions only contain inulin. Probiotic, and very just sweet taste. If you overdo it with the dose, somewhat laxative. For saline diabetes problems, it is ideal to make the pancreas work at the rhythm it should. Every month (or month and a half) I ask for my sachet. I recommend it to replace any chemical sweetener.

Mis cafés e infusiones, ya solo llevan inulina.
