Soluble fiber
It is an unflavored soluble fiber that dissolves very well in water and I suppose in other liquids such as juices or yogurts, although I have only tried it with water. In my case I didn't notice anything.

Rich and sweet
It helps me to analyze coffee in a more natural way and also helps me to go to the bathroom in those times when I am stressed and it is more difficult for me to have a bowel movement.

It has a very good smell, like jelly beans, I add it to coffee and it dissolves well. It has helped me with constipation.

Good
Well, I am a little surprised with the description that comes here, because I used to take it from other commercial companies as a prebiotic and it worked quite well, now I am trying this one but I take it, I insist, as a prebiotic.
