It doesn't have the highest percentage of protein, but it has enough for me. It fits my macros perfectly and above all...it's by far the one I like the most in the long run. I combine the cookie one and the chocolate cookie one, the former for yogurt plus fruit and whatever comes up and the latter for smoothies. I love them!
