I have tried the vanilla single dose and the white chocolate and lemon single dose (it is very convenient). I have taken them with 250ml of water and the taste is good but mild, probably with milk it will improve considerably. The protein percentage is 78% so I think it is VERY good, although I like the Whey Protein Isolate better, which has 93% protein and adding flavoring is just as good.
