If you want some protein to start supplementing, these are perfect. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. They dilute perfectly. The flavor, vanilla in my case, is not the best but it can be good. It doesn't give me more gas than usual. To put a but, I bought the bag of two kilos and it is difficult to handle and the closure does not close well. Nothing that a clamp can't solve.
Si quieres unas proteínas para empezar a suplementarte, estas son perfectas. La relación calidad precio es inmejorable. Se diluyen perfectamente. El sabor, vainilla en mi caso, no es el mejor pero puede valer. A mi no me da mas gases de los habituales.
Por ponerle un pero, compré la bolsa de dos kilos y es difícil de manejar y el cierre no cierra bien. Nada que una pinza no pueda solucionar.
