From my top 3 favorite supplements

I ordered the chocolate flavored casein and I am really delighted. I had high expectations and they have exceeded them by far. It takes away my sweet cravings and the little bit of hunger I have when I sleep. It can be taken as a mousse or as a protein shake. I take it as a mousse, I use 30g of casein and 60ml of oat milk. Then I mix it, and if necessary, I add a little more milk and stir again. My roommate, who has never been one to take supplements, has loved it, even more than me for sure. I've only been taking it for a week and, as I said, I only take it with oat milk, but it can be mixed with yogurt, creatine, water, among other things. I highly recommend its use because, apart from being a delight, it is tremendously beneficial and a great help for our progress in terms of gaining muscle mass.

Pedí la caseína sabor chocolate y de verdad que estoy encantando. Tenia las expectativas altas y las han superado muchísimo. Me quita el antojo de dulce y la pizca de hambre que tenga al dormir. Se puede tomar con textura tipo mousse o como un batido de proteínas. Yo la tomo tipo mousse, utilizo 30gr de caseína y 60ml de leche de avena. Luego la mezclo, y si es necesario, añado un poco nada más de leche y vuelvo a remover. A mi compañera de piso, que nunca ha sido de tomar suplementos, le ha encantado, incluso mas que mi seguramente. Solo he estado tomándola una semana y, como he dicho, la tomo únicamente junto con leche de avena, pero se puede mezclar con yogur, creatina, agua, entre otras cosas. Recomiendo mucho su uso porque, aparte de ser una delicia, es tremendamente beneficiosa y una gran ayuda para nuestro progreso en cuanto a la ganancia de masa muscular.
