I mix it with a little milk to make a custard-like dessert and it is delicious. It is more satisfying than a milkshake when taken with a spoon and it is slow to digest. I recommend it to take at night and kill the craving. I have tried the chocolate, banana and cappuccino flavors and all three are very good, although my favorite is the chocolate.

Lo junto con un poco de leche para hacer un postre tipo natillas y está buenísimo. Sacia más que un batido al tomarlo con cuchara y al ser de digestión lenta. Lo recomiendo para tomar por las noches y matar el gusanillo. He probado los sabores de chocolate, plátano y capuchino y los tres están muy buenos, aunque mi favorito es el de chocolate.
