I don't know what I was doing until now using an isolate, this one for pre-workout is a wonder fallen from heaven, in definition stage it gives you life, very creamy, in taste I like it more than the iso, don't ask me why. I mix it with oatmeal, little water, mix and enjoy a delicious cream. For moments when I'm interested in faster absorption I still use the Evolate. A 10.
No sé que hacía hasta ahora utilizando una isolada, esta para el preentreno es una maravilla caída del cielo, en etapa de definición te da la vida, muy cremosa, en sabor me gusta mas que la iso, no me preguntéis por qué. La mezclo con harina de avena, poca agua, mezclo y a disfrutar de una crema riquísima. Para momentos en los que me interesa absorción mas rápida sigo usando la Evolate. Un 10.
