Good house

I ordered the cookie flavor and it is good although I find it a little sweet (in general I usually find almost all flavors so it must be a matter of my palate). It dissolves well and digests very well. 100% recommendable.

100% recomendable.

Does not have 10

It is very satiating and a great help for the muscles while resting but the chocolate flavor lacks sweetness.

I love the texture

The chocolate flavor is quite good, although next time I will choose another one. The texture is brutal, thicker, perfect for porridge or even for protein desserts where you do not want to add much flour.

Jtr22

I use it on training days before going to bed, I find its taste and texture very good. I usually take it with water, but with milk it is very satisfying and makes a creamy and delicious shake.

Casein before bedtime

I always use it before going to sleep to take advantage of its benefits. this one has digezyme which makes it easier to digest. i like the taste of crema catalana very much. i usually consume it with water or milk in the form of a mouse, adding the liquid little by little. with a little patience, a very good texture is achieved.
