Great value for money
It is one of the best value for money proteins I know. I vary this one with the whey. Now I take this one to define and satiate me before. I usually take chocolate flavor with water or cold milk as a snack or post workout and it is very noticeable when recovering the next day after demanding workouts. I like how cheap it is and the good results it gives. Especially in large packets. It dissolves quite well, satiates enough and combined with oatmeal of this brand serves for a good breakfast or snack.

Suelo tomar sabor chocolate con agua o leche bien fría bien como merienda o post entreno y se nota mucho a la hora de recuperar al día siguiente tras entrenos exigentes. Me gusta lo barata que es y el buen resultado que da. Sobre todo en paquetes grandes. Se disuelve bastante bien, sacia bastante y combinada con avena de esta marca sirve para un buen desayuno o merienda.
