Its slow digestion makes it perfect to take before going to bed, however it does not bloat the stomach like other brands and its taste is exquisite! The only drawback is the closure of the bag that has broken most of the time and I have to close it with a clamp and / or similar.

I took it cappuccino flavor and it is very successful, plus the mousse texture that stays with water removes a lot of sweet cravings. The only thing is that it is not suitable for cooking (cakes and others) because it does not thicken. I recommend it without a doubt.

La cogí sabor capuccino y está logradísimo, además la textura mousse que se queda con agua quita muchísimo el antojo de dulce. Lo único que para cocinar no sirve (bizcochos y demás) porque no espesa. La recomiendo sin duda.

I take it at night and it is very satiating, avoids nighttime snacking and provides extra protein. It dissolves perfectly. All the flavors are very good, I recommend varying them so you don't get tired. The format is a bit annoying because it stains your hand when you put it in the package, when there is little left, it is a constant fight, because you get very little.

Lo tomo por la noche y sacia mucho, evita los picoteos nocturnos y es un aporte extra de proteínas. Se disuelve perfecto. Todos los sabores están muy buenos, recomiendo ir variando para no cansarte. El formato fastidia un poco por que te manchas la mano al meterla en el paquete, cuando queda poca cantidad, es una pelea constante, por que sacas muy poco.
