Casein (in this case Evocasein) is a very good option for before going to sleep and to provide nutrients during rest. Personally, I do not consider it a priority when it comes to supplementation, but it is a good option if our pocket allows it. Quite acceptable chocolate flavor.
La caseína (en este caso Evocasein) es una muy buena opción para antes de irnos a dormir y aportar nutrientes durante el descanso. Undoubtedly a good protein for periods of volume especially for ectomorphs who find it difficult, I have come to take it mixed at breakfast with oatmeal and milk before going to train to go slowly releasing the prot while training and degrade very little mass in training. I recommend the vanilla flavor.
Sin duda una buena proteína para períodos de volumen sobre todo para ectomorfos a los que les cuesta, yo me la he llegado a tomar mezclada en el desayuno con avena y leche antes de ir a entrenar para que vaya liberando lentamente las protes mientras entreno y degrade muy poca masa en el entrenamiento. Recomiendo el sabor vainilla.

Possibly the best quality/price ratio on the market.
As I said, this casein is one of the best you can find. I have compared it to many other brands, and it certainly comes out on top in terms of nutritional profile and price. I have tried all the flavors: strawberry (I got tired of it soon), chocolate (very little achieved) and vanilla (undoubtedly the best, HSN vanilla flavors are usually quite successful).
As a negative point, the packaging. I just bought a 4kg one, and it's an unmanageable monster.... If you have old jars you can make do, but if not....
Lo dicho, esta caseina es de lo mejorcito que se puede encontrar. La he comparado respecto a muchas otras marcas, y sin duda salía ganando en cuanto a perfil nutricional y precio. He probado todos los sabores: fresa (me cansé pronto de él), chocolate (muy poco conseguido) y vainilla (sin duda el mejor, los sabores vainilla de HSN suelen estar bastante conseguidos).
Como punto negativo el tema del envase. Acabo de pillar uno de 4kg, y eso es un monstruo inmanejable... Si tienes botes antiguos puedes hacer el apaño, pero si no...
