The texture is spectacular, the chocolate hazelnut flavor is a success, it didn't cost me anything to dissolve it, I usually make a mousse every night and I can assure you that I used two scoops and very little milk and it dissolved much better than other brands. I've used casein from other brands and I can say that this one is simply excellent! It has excellent macros and dissolves very well in milk or soy drinks!
