I use it to avoid getting up at night at dawn to snack, I mix 1 dispenser almost full with 2 natural yogurts and it leaves you very satiated. I bought the chocolate flavor, it's hard to go wrong with that one. I will repeat if they put it back at a good price, maybe another flavor to try.

A quality protein: it dissolves well and has a very high protein percentage. The classic flavors (chocolate, vanilla...) are fine, but others like chocolate with hazelnut are too sweet for my taste.
