It works well, a bit finicky about solubility, to some extent it makes the rice cream curdle, but you can mix it in a cup with water and it turns into a cream, it expands and it’s good. I’d try other flavors but this one is mild.

Very good but not suitable for cooking

I usually add a scoop when I make my rice cream, this rarely makes it curdle like milk curdles, so I had to mix it by itself with water in another bowl and put it on top. the good thing is that it seems to expand a bit. the flavor is very smooth, almost imperceptible, but with sweetener and vanilla it works well.

Yo generalmente le agrego una scoop cuando prepraro mi crema de arroz, raramente esta hace que se corte como leche cuajada, por lo cual tube que implementar mezclarla sola con agua en otro tazon y ponerla por encima, lo bueno es que parece expandirse un poco. el sabor es muy suabe casi imperceptible, pero con edulcorante y vainilla va bien.
