I really like the micellar protein as a protein before going to sleep, for the slow absorption it has and in the morning for the satiating effect. The chocolate flavor needs a little more sweetness for my taste. The dissolution is like that of all proteins, when I want a glass I use a milk frother which is less cumbersome than a saker.
