All right, I'd prefer without digezyme
Well, the Catalan cream flavor is very tasty, it tastes like custard powder, but I would prefer casein without digezyme because I understand that taking lactase without having lactose intolerance problems can cause intolerance... I know they sell casein alone too, but it is unflavored.
Pues eso, el sabor crema catalana está muy rico, sabe como a polvos de hacer flan, pero preferiría caseína sin digezyme porque tengo entendido que tomar lactasa sin tener problemas de intolerancia a la lactosa puede producir intolerancia... Sé que venden caseína sola también, pero es sin sabor.
