Before going to sleep always falls

I always use it before going to sleep, it helps me to fall asleep when my stomach is full. There are many flavors, but as everyone reads the comments to know which flavor to choose, here are mine. The kinder good, maple syrup are great. Brownie and speculoos also, but not so much. The ones I don't like are the snickerdoole or the ones with peanuts.

The format, as in whey protein, could be improved. I would appreciate it if the bags were easier to distinguish between flavors and not all black. The product (white chocolate) is good, but the texture does not convince me, too thick. I'll stick with the whey protein.
