The texture is adequate, dissolves well and digests very well, although the strawberry and banana flavor in this casein is somewhat weak, better flavor in whey protein.

I really like the Cappuccino flavor in the morning. Sometimes I add coffee to it for an extra shot. Since it is casein it has a lot more body than whey.
