In my case I bought the nougat one. I was positively surprised by this flavor because mixed with milk it is very good. Something I did not like is the presentation of the product. I think it is better to use a jar with a lid because if the seal is broken you have to put a clamp to keep things out.

En mi caso compré la de turrón. Me ha sorprendido positiva mente este sabor ya que mezclado con leche esta muy bueno. Algo que no me ha gustado es la presentación del producto. Considero que es mejor un bote con tapa ya que si se rompe el cierre debes poner una pinza para que no entren cosas.

Extra protein intake

It does not dissolve well with milk, perhaps better with water and add a little milk, it tends to foam, perhaps because I make it in a blender. It is quite satiating and I usually take it at night. Some other day I have tried it for breakfast with cereals and milk and it seems to be a good option too, it mixes very well and adds a different touch of flavor to the cereals.

No disuelve bien con leche quizás mejor con agua y añadir un poco de leche, suele formar espuma quizás por qué lo hago en batidora. Sacia bastante suelo tomarlo por la noche. Algún que otro día lo he probado en desayuno con cereleales y leche y parece buena opción también,se mezcla muy bien y añades un toque diferente de sabor a los cereales.
