Good, but you have to know how to prepare it. By this I mean that you have to take into account that casein and protein do not have the same texture, and therefore, this one is much thicker. After beating it, let it stand.
Buena, pero hay que saber prepararla. Con esto quiero decir que hay que tener en cuenta que la caseína y la proteína no tienen la misma textura, y por lo tanto, ésta es mucho más espesa. Tras batirla, dejar reposar.
