I was tired of the Whey and decided to try the Casein. The flavors of Nougat, Chocolate, Chocolate and Peanut and Salted Caramel are the ones I have tried and I must say that they are spectacular, I would even dare to say that they are more successful than those of the Whey. The thicker texture makes it perfect for making mousses and it satiates much more than Whey, which is a plus in definition stages. Estaba cansado de la Whey y decidí probar la Caseína. Los sabores de Turrón, Chocolate, Chocolate y cacahuete y Caramelo salado son los que he probado y he de decir que están espectaculares, me atrevería a decir incluso que más logrados que los de la Whey. La textura más espesa que tiene hace que sea perfecta para hacer mousses y sacia mucho más que la Whey, lo que supone un plus en etapas de definición. Lo único malo es que no vas a poder hacerte batidos, o si quieres hacértelos vas a tener que usar muchísimo líquido (leche o agua) para que disuelva decentemente. Repetiré foijo
