This is the first time I take casein, I chose the Caribbean vanilla flavor because this flavor is very good in whey protein. If you take it as a shake, it hardly tastes like anything, it is best to make it as a cream, I also add a dessert spoon of skimmed milk powder and a couple of crushed walnuts, delicious.
Es la primera vez que tomo caseína, escogí el sabor vainilla caribeña porque en la proteína whey está muy bueno este sabor. Si os lo tomáis tipo batido, apenas sabe a nada, lo suyo es hacerlo tipo crema, le añado además una cucharada de postre de leche desnatada en polvo y un par de nueces trituradas, riquísimo.
