Catalan cream flavor. The flavor is rich but it is not 100% Catalan cream, rather reminiscent of vanilla with a touch of sweet caramel. The texture is great, it dissolves very well and when mixed with water it stays a little gelatinous porridge style. For my taste I put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes to compact the surface a little and get a mousse-like texture.

La textura genial, se disuelve muy bien y al mezclarlo con agua se queda estilo papilla un poco gelatinosa. Para mi gusto la llevo unos 20min al congelador para que la superficie compacte un poco y obtener una textura tipo mousse.
