I've tried it recently, and the truth is that the effectiveness it has, I have used only half the recommended amount, that is, a scoop nothing more, but the amount may vary depending on who uses it. I have used other pre-workouts and this one at night has cost me sleep better, something that has not happened with others no matter what time I train, morning or evening, maybe I have to lower the dose a little more to not affect me so much to sleep. At the level of digestion during training I have felt a little discomfort, very minimal, that with the passage of the track series has disappeared. Overall recommended considering the amount to be consumed.
Lo he probado hace poco, y la verdad que se nota la efectividad que tiene, yo he utilizado solo la mitad de la cantidad recomendada, o sea, un cazo nada más, pero la cantidad puede variar según quien lo utilice. He utilizado otros preentrenos y este por la noche me ha costado conciliar mejor el sueño, cosa que con otros no me ha pasado sin importar la hora que entrenara, sea mañana o tarde noche, quizás tenga que bajar algo más la dosis para que no me afecte tanto al dormir. A nivel de digestión durante el entreno he sentido un poco de molestias, muy mínimas, que con el pasar de las series de pista ha desaparecido. En general recomendable teniendo en cuenta la cantidad a consumir.

A very useful product for supplementing zinc and magnesium, two very important minerals for those involved in sports. On the form of the minerals I have nothing to say, however one could increase the dosage of magnesium, while that of zinc is just fine.
