I take it regularly especially in the evening. Its functioning has not been studied as much as that of creatine or dell'arginine which have a more extensive scientific literature behind them but still this amino acid has interesting characteristics for example for liver function and then for visual function ...and in general it is useful in vegan diets. Overall in my opinion this type of crystalline amino acid because its structure is crystalline rather than powdery, has multiple positive effects and its efficacy appears good even at very small doses So it is a supplement that needs to be experimented with and that many of us associate with improved perceived well-being.

Il suo funzionamento non è stato studiato quanto quello della creatina o dell'arginina che hanno una più ampia letteratura scientifica alle spalle ma questo aminoacido ha comunque delle caratteristiche interessanti ad esempio per la funzione epatica e poi per quella visiva ...e in generale è utile nelle diete vegane. Complessivamente secondo me questo tipo di aminoacido cristallino perché la sua struttura è cristallina più che polverosa, ha effetti positivi molteplici e la sua efficacia appare buona già a dosi molto piccole Quindi è un integratore che va sperimentato e che in molti associamo a un benessere percepito migliore.

I bought it back in the day to add to my cats' food and now I am buying it again because it has already run out. Normally all cat food is lower than it should be in taurine, even the best brands, sometimes even less than half and it is always good to supplement because for them it is vital and of utmost importance. I have the dosing spoon of another taurine that I bought a long time ago for pets, much more expensive than this one and in smaller quantity and I dose with it in all the meals. It is not a problem to exceed a little since they eliminate the excess without any problem, as we do with vitamin C for example, the problem is that in a continuous way they do not get the daily amount recommended for them. HSN's is by far the cheapest price I found, nothing to do with the taurine supplements that are sold for pets at twice the price or more. I haven't tried it but my cats have never had any problems eating it and it doesn't seem to change the taste of their food. Plus for them it lasts for months and months. It was the first thing I bought from HSN through Amazon and they gave me a free sample of protein isolate with the order. I now have an account here and buy it directly from HSN. I give it 5 stars on everything except the presentation and not because it is bad but because the container is too big for the amount it has when you buy the minimum amount.
La compré en su día para añadir a la comida de mis gatos y ahora la vuelvo a comprar porque ya se ha terminado. Lo normal es que toda la comida para gatos sea más baja de lo que debería en taurina, también la de las mejores marcas, a veces hasta menos de la mitad y siempre es bueno complementar ya que para ellos es vital y de máxima importancia. Tengo la cucharilla dosificadora de otra taurina que compré hace mucho para mascotas, bastante mas cara que esta y en menor cantidad y dosifico con ella en todas las comidas. No es problema excederse un poco ya que ellos eliminan el exceso sin ningún problema, como nosotros hacemos con la vitamina C por ejemplo, el problema es que de forma continuada no obtengan la cantidad diaria recomendada para ellos. El de HSN es de lejos el precio más barato que encontré, nada que ver con los complementos de taurina que se venden para mascotas al doble de precio o más. Yo no la he probado pero mis gatos nunca han tenido problemas por comerla y no parece que cambie el sabor de sus comidas. Además para ellos dura meses y meses. Fue lo primero que compré en HSN a través de Amazon y me regalaron una muestra de proteína aislada con el pedido. Ahora tengo cuenta aquí y la compro directamente en HSN. Le doy 5 estrellas en todo menos en la presentación y no porque sea mala sino porque el envase es muy grande para la cantidad que tiene cuando compras la cantidad mínima.
