I have used it for when I do fasting or dieting, you do not even realize that you are lacking in carbohydrates, although I usually use more the one without stimulants (because of problems with sleep) so I can take it in the afternoon, at night I did not take any supplement, because of my problems with sleep. For effectiveness, I recommend both products because they really work, of course with diet and exercise.
