I really like bisglycinate because it does not cause discomfort, but I would like it better if it came with some vitamin C and was in pills and not in capsules to divide it if you do not want to take a lot of doses.

Me gusta mucho el bisglicinato porque no da molestias, pero me gustaría mas si viniese con un poco de vit c y fuese en pastillas y no en capsulas para dividirlo si no quieres tomar mucha dosis.
