Me lo he tomado 2 veces, no para entrenar, sino para ver el efecto de la cafeína, una vez por la tarde y otra por la mañana, cuando me lo he tomado por la tarde he dormido bien, sin problemas, por la tarde al poco de tomármelo me noté un poco de compresión en el pecho pero al rato se me pasó, por la mañana no me ha producido nada de compresión en el pecho y estoy muy espabilado
