I have been taking it for a week now and the results are excellent. I have always been a night owl and having a logical sleep schedule is hard for me. I take 1 pill 30 minutes before bedtime and by the time I'm in bed I feel sleepy. The sleeping habit doesn't go away from one day to the next and I still find it hard to fall asleep but I think I'm on the right track with this supplement, maybe I'll experiment with higher doses.
